Created process flow and system model diagrams to assist in performance monitoring for the Lafayette Police Department
Designed a questionnaire and performed time studies to create analyzable data for the formation of a simulation of the system
Used data to create an interactive heat map of incidents and their priority and the distance travelled by an officer.

Created work instructions and identified tools, tolerances, and fixtures necessary for over 50 different sub-assemblies
Spent 5 weeks in Hattiesburg setting up workstations, calibrating tools, training employees, and validating completed assemblies
