- Created process flow and system model diagrams to assist in performance monitoring for the Lafayette Police Department
- Designed a questionnaire and performed time studies to create analyzable data for the formation of a simulation of the system
- Used data to create an interactive heat map of incidents and their priority and the distance travelled by an officer.

- Created work instructions and identified tools, tolerances, and fixtures necessary for over 50 different sub-assemblies
